We do ask this one first just to report, so we can first see what the reason for it here.

WHAT TO DO TO CANCEL OR RETURN

CANCEL

The cancellation of an order as long as it has not been sent, free of charge.
Cancel the order after it is sent to you, you should refuse delivery of the package. If Motorman already received payment from you, we will show the purchase price, after reception of the return, refund to you. The made-Processing Fee will be deducted from this (even if you place the order at the door and refuses to leave unopened take the delivery).


RETURN
Would you return the entire order? Already received items, please return it to the following return address. Motorman, the entire purchase price, plus the calculated Handling Fee-refund to you. The shipping costs for returning to your account.

Even when returning a portion of your order-handling costs for your account. The purchase of your returned part of the order will be refunded to you.

All cancellations, returns and exchanges must be in writing to men Motorman to be made known. This can be done via email, fax or mail. You must provide at least your full name and invoice number.

For the repayment of money paid (in advance), we also need your bank account. Customers from abroad should also have the IBAN and BIC / SWIFT number from their own bank number.
